If you do not have your own swimwear or don’t want to get wet undies, you can hire shorts, t-shirt and provided a towel for an additional cost of $12.00 per person.
All riders must be at least 5 years old, with a maximum individual weight limit of 125kg.
Pregnant guests are not permitted to ride.
Additionally, guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those with certain medical conditions such as previous dislocations, high blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, back, neck, and head injuries, lack of full body mobility, recent surgeries, open wounds, and skin conditions should refrain from riding. ZORB operates in all weather conditions except for high winds (over 45km). Wind conditions are monitored on-site with three wind meters.

Only physically fit individuals within the ZORB Rotorua Limited rider limits should attempt these activities. Participating without care, control, and responsibility can result in serious injury or even death.
If you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
