Snorkelling is a physical activity, and a reasonable level of fitness and swimming ability is required to participate safely.
Dietary requirements are not catered for, but the menu includes options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose-intolerant guests. If you have allergies other than nuts, please check the menu in advance, and if necessary, bring additional food or snacks, which can be stored in our esky.
Alcohol is not sold onboard, but guests are welcome to bring their own drinks, provided they are in cans—glass bottles and red wine are not permitted on the vessel.
Children under two years old must be approved before departure and must bring their own lifejacket, while infants under one year must travel in a baby carrier with a parent.
Complimentary hotel transfers are available from selected hotels, motels, caravan parks, and hostels but must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance. If making your own way to the office for check-in, please arrive no later than 8:30 AM. Pickup details and times must be confirmed by calling 07 4946 4444, and guests should be at their pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time, as drivers will not wait longer than 5 minutes.
Parking is available at Coral Sea Marina, but fees apply and are charged per day.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected events such as illness, injury, lost or damaged belongings, road closures, and weather disruptions, particularly during the wet season, which could impact travel plans.
If the Tour Operator cancels the tour due to weather or any other reason, a full refund will be provided.
