Included with your Vista Lounge with Lunch ticket is a delicious Ploughman’s-style lunch featuring smoked meats, salad, cheeses, a freshly baked bread roll, fruit, and a sweet treat. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
In the rare case that weather prevents us from reaching Wineglass Bay, we’ll offer a full refund if you decide not to travel. However, we encourage you to join our alternative route along the stunning Schouten Island Group coastline, where you’ll encounter abundant wildlife, including a large colony of Australian fur seals. In extreme weather, we’ll cancel the cruise and provide a full refund or help you reschedule.
There’s no need to worry about low numbers—we’ll go ahead, ensuring an unforgettable adventure, even if it’s just you on board!
The Vista Lounge has no age or height restrictions, so everyone is welcome.

If tour operator cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to change your tour date, we offer flexibility at no charge. Simply let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability.
However, if you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
