Hop aboard our high-speed vessel for a thrilling 25-minute ride to the mesmerising Mackay and Undine Reefs. Prepare to be amazed as you snorkel alongside vibrant coral formations and encounter an abundance of sea turtles, tropical fish, eagle rays, giant clams, and starfish.

Your adventure begins at Cape Tribulation beach, where our small-group tour ensures an intimate experience with a maximum of 25 passengers. Our vessel, designed after a rescue craft, is equipped with powerful 700hp engines for a swift and exhilarating journey.

Public holiday surcharges apply: $20 per adult, $10 per child, and $50 per family (2 adults and 2 children), payable on the day of the tour.
Courtesy coach pick-ups are available and included in the tour price from local hotels, motels, caravan parks. If you’re making your own way to the office for check-in, ensure you arrive by 7:30 AM. Courtesy coach pick-ups must be pre-booked 12 hours in advance. Please confirm the pickup time and location by calling Ocean Safari at 07 4098 0006. Arrive at the pickup location listed in the confirmation email from Ocean Safari 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, please contact Ocean Safari. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

What is the cancellation policy?

If Ocean Safari cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to change your tour date, we offer flexibility at no charge. Simply let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability.
However, if you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
Please be aware that the card fee is non-refundable.
