• Basic swimming ability is required to join this tour. Guests must be able to swim confidently, and for safety reasons, refunds will not be provided if they arrive without swimming ability and cannot participate.
• This experience is family-friendly, and children of all ages are welcome. Wetsuits, life jackets, and pool noodles are provided to ensure comfort and safety. An adult must supervise children at all times during the tour.
• Full-length wetsuits are available in all sizes, from kids’ size 4 to adult 5XL. Fins and flippers are also available, with sizes reaching up to adult size 14.
• Dolphins and seals in Port Phillip Bay are completely wild, making every encounter unique. While the tour has an 85% success rate in swimming with dolphins, sightings cannot be guaranteed, as these animals roam freely in their natural habitat.
• If no dolphins are sighted during the tour, guests can rebook for free within 30 days. Those unable to return within that period can rebook within the same season at a 50% discount. If guests do not attend their rebooked tour, the dolphin guarantee will be forfeited.
• Tours are weather-dependent and will only operate in safe conditions. If weather conditions are unsuitable, the tour operator will contact guests in advance with any updates.
• January is a peak travel season, and increased traffic may cause delays. It is recommended to allow extra travel time during this period to ensure a smooth arrival.
• Parking is available near the pier at a rate of $1 per hour. Free parking can be found outside the Sorrento Hotel or in the underground car park at Italico.

• If guests do not show up for their scheduled tour, their tickets will be canceled. They may contact the booking office within three business days to have their tickets reissued, but a 50% rebooking fee will apply.
• For any changes to bookings, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made outside this period will be refunded, but a 5% booking fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs.
• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of departure, or if guests fail to arrive before the tour begins, 100% of the tour fee will be charged. Those who miss their tour may rebook for another date, but a 50% rebooking fee will apply.
