Riding safely is essential for your experience and the safety of the group. If a rider continues to ignore safety instructions after one warning, the entire group will be guided back to the car park, and the session will be immediately terminated with no refund.
For safety reasons, helmets are mandatory on all quad bike tours. If wearing a headpiece such as a turban or scarf, it may need to be adjusted or removed to ensure proper helmet fit.
Participants aged 16-17 years are welcome to join the tour with written parental consent.
Pregnant women are unable to participate for the safety of both mother and child.
Safety First – Our Priority on the Dunes
The trained guides monitor sand conditions, terrain, weather, and rider confidence to determine safe riding speeds. Each session is adjusted based on group ability—some riders may be beginners, while others have experience. Patience is appreciated as guides balance safety with adventure.
Check-in takes place 30 minutes before departure at the main office. After check-in, riders self-drive five minutes to the starting location, where the quad bikes await.

The tour operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the adventure for safety reasons or in the event of extreme weather conditions. Additionally, any rider who fails to follow safety instructions, behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, or is under the influence of any substance will be removed from the tour immediately.
