Check in at the Sailaway Marina Office at 7.30am. A courtesy coach transfer from within Port Douglas is available but must be pre-booked.
Courtesy coach pick-ups are available and included in the tour within Port Douglas. Courtesy coach pick-ups must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance. Please confirm the pickup time and location by calling Tour Operator at 07 4099 4200. Arrive at the pickup location listed in the confirmation email from Tour Operator 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, please contact Tour Operator. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Important: For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we kindly request that guests possess good mobility to move about the vessels, including boarding the glass bottom boats and accessing the water via the ladders. We regret any inconvenience, but our tours may not be suitable for older guests with mobility limitations, and we apologise for any disappointment. Unfortunately, due to the vessel layout, we are unable to offer wheelchair access. This tour is designed as adventurous experiences for active travellers. We encourage you to select a tour that best matches your experience, age, and physical abilities. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. If Tour Operator cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to change your tour date, we offer flexibility at no charge. Simply let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability.
However, if you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
