If you wish to use the courtesy coach, it must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance. To confirm the pick-up time and location, please call Tour Operator at 07 4015 4191. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Bus transfers are subject to availability, and Tour Operator will notify you if this service cannot be provided.
If you are unable to arrive on time for check-in, including scheduled bus pick-ups, you may be considered a no-show. We recommend allowing extra time for parking (if applicable) and planning to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in time.
