• All reservations are allocated an ‘arrival/check-in’ time only. Please be aware that this indicates your arrival time, not the time of your skydive. The outlined tour itinerary is intended as a reference and may be subject to modifications based on prevailing weather conditions.
• The landing site for each parachute descent may vary, contingent upon weather conditions, with utmost priority given to ensuring customer safety.
• We advise guests to arrive without time constraints and to allocate a full day for this activity. Safety is our paramount concern; thus, variables such as wind, cloud cover, precipitation, thermal turbulence, and air traffic can influence the duration of the skydiving experience.
• In compliance with Australian law, the minimum age for tandem skydiving is 16 years old. Upon check-in, all participants will be weighed. Should your weight, including attire and footwear, exceed 94 kilograms, an additional surcharge will be levied.
• The following weight surcharges are applicable (payable at the drop zone):
  94kg – 104kgs = $55.00 AUD
  105kg – 114kgs = $80.00 AUD
  115kgs and above = $105.00 AUD
• Travellers exceeding 105 kilograms will undergo an additional assessment by our Drop Zone Safety Officer or Tandem Master due to restrictions on harness sizes, prevailing weather conditions, and safety considerations. Please note that weight restrictions may vary by drop zone and date. At most locations, the maximum limit ranges between 110-115 kilograms. Customers exceeding 110 kilograms may still be able to participate, subject to the availability of qualified tandem masters and the chosen drop zone.
• For the safety of all participants and in accordance with skydiving regulations, the use of electronic devices, including personal cameras and video equipment, is prohibited aboard the aircraft and during the jump.
• Skydive Australia must be informed in advance of any pre-existing or current medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses.
• Consumption of alcohol or “recreational” drugs within 8 hours prior to the scheduled skydive is strictly prohibited.
• Due to medical precautions, individuals are advised not to engage in scuba diving within 24 hours before their scheduled skydive.
• We recommend reconfirming your booking with Skydive Australia one day prior to your scheduled start by contacting at 1300 811 057.

• In the event of a participant’s decision not to proceed with a skydive or to opt for an alternative experience of lesser value, payments will be forfeited, and refunds will not be issued.
• Maintaining the highest standards, Skydive Australia reserves the right to reschedule or modify a tandem skydive without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle customers to refunds and may involve alterations to the type of aircraft, drop zone, check-in and jump times, participant numbers per plane, altitude, free fall duration, and location. Our foremost priority is providing customers with a 100% safe and exceptional experience.
• If a skydive is cancelled due to weather conditions, Skydive Australia will make every effort to reschedule the jump for a suitable alternative date before departure from the drop zone. If rescheduling is not feasible, a ‘limbo’ credit equal to the original skydive’s value will be issued to the customer. This credit remains valid for 12 months from the initial jump date, after which it expires, with no refunds provided. The credit is transferable to another Skydive Australia location. Customers are required to cover any price difference when switching to an experience of higher booking value, including upgrades to greater jump heights, weekend or public holiday jumps, changes in products, packages, or skydive locations. Refunds are not granted when transitioning to experiences of lesser booking value.
• For tour date changes, we offer flexibility at no cost. Simply inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability. Any changes to the jump date or time within 48 hours of the scheduled date will incur a rebooking fee of $100 per person. While a booking can be rescheduled multiple times, it remains valid for only 12 months from the original jump date. After this period, all payments are forfeited, and refunds will not be issued.
• However, if you decide to cancel for any reason other than those related to weather conditions, a cancellation fee will be applicable according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions, accessible on our website.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
