Description

Moreton Island Cruise – A Must-Do Adventure from Brisbane

Step aboard a spacious catamaran and set sail to Moreton Island, a true paradise just off the coast of Brisbane. This all-inclusive cruise takes you to the world’s third-largest sand island, where golden beaches meet turquoise waters, and marine life thrives. Known as Mulgumpin to the Quandamooka people, Moreton Island remains 98% national park, preserving its raw beauty and diverse ecosystems. Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, this tour offers an incredible day in one of Queensland’s most spectacular destinations.

Snorkel the Tangalooma Wrecks – An Underwater Wonderland

Crystal-clear waters reveal the secrets of the Tangalooma Wrecks—15 sunken vessels teeming with marine life. Deliberately scuttled in the 1960s to create a safe anchorage, these wrecks are now home to over 200 marine species. Glide through vibrant coral gardens, swim alongside schools of tropical fish, and watch sea turtles gracefully move through the water. No experience needed—expert guides provide everything for a safe and exciting snorkeling adventure.

Wildlife Encounters – Dolphins, Sea Turtles, and Dugongs

Feel the thrill as dolphins race beside the boat, listen to waves lapping against the shore, and watch dugongs grazing in the seagrass. Moreton Bay is a sanctuary for marine life, home to one of Australia’s largest bottlenose dolphin populations and six of the world’s seven sea turtle species. With seagrass meadows stretching across the bay, dugongs thrive in one of their last strongholds. Nature’s beauty unfolds all around.

Enjoy a Tropical Island Feast

Taste fresh ocean king prawns, tropical fruits, and a variety of locally sourced dishes from a generous buffet. Sip on a glass of wine, craft beer, or a frozen cocktail while soaking up the island atmosphere. The salty breeze, warm sunshine, and delicious flavours make every moment even better.

Relax, Explore, and Play

Walk barefoot on soft sand, paddle through clear waters, or unwind in the shade of a palm tree. Try kayaking, join a friendly beach game, or simply let the island’s peaceful vibe take over. Moreton Island offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. With no roads or high-rise buildings, this island remains an untouched retreat for nature lovers.

Why This Tour Stands Out

  • All-Inclusive Adventure – Snorkeling gear, guided wildlife experiences, and a fresh buffet lunch included.
  • High Wildlife Sightings – Dolphins (92%), sea turtles (99%), and dugongs (70%)—incredible odds for spotting marine life.
  • No Extra Fees – Everything is covered—no unexpected costs, just an amazing island escape.
  • Comfortable Experience – Travel on a well-equipped catamaran with plenty of space, fresh air, and expert guides.

Why do we love "Escape to Paradise: Moreton Island Cruise from Brisbane & Gold Coast"

VANZ TRAVEL team

Loic  says: Moreton Island is the third-largest sand island in the world, and stepping onto its golden shores feels like entering another world. Snorkeling through sunken ships, spotting a sea turtle, and watching dolphins jump beside the boat was unforgettable. The prawns at lunch were amazing, and the beach? Absolutely perfect. My friends and I spent the afternoon relaxing in the sun, laughing, and soaking in the island vibes. If Brisbane is on the plan, this trip is a must!
