There is no minimum age requirement, but all passengers must be at least 1 meter (39 inches) tall to ride the boat.
We do not recommend this activity for pregnant women or individuals with back problems.
While there is no weight limit, you must be able to fit into one of our life jackets. Larger sizes are available.
If you have long hair, consider bringing a hair tie as the high speeds of 80 km/h can be rough on your hair!
Hands-free cameras are allowed on board and should be securely mounted so you can hold on with both hands at all times. Non hands-free cameras are permitted but can only be used when the boat is stationary. Any camera brought on board is at your own risk.
For safety reasons, bags are not allowed on the boat. Raincoats are not provided, so please bring one as you may get a little wet.
We require a minimum number of passengers for some departures, so please provide a contact phone number or email address when booking in case we need to reschedule your trip.
If the trip is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other reason by Hukafalls Jet, a full refund will be given.
There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
