• Alcohol (no glass or red wine allowed) and extra snacks, soft drinks

Luggage storage available in Airlie Beach.

Feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages, which are available for purchase in town (please avoid glass bottles or red wine). We recommend purchasing them the day before, as bottle shops in Airlie Beach do not open until 10 AM.

You can bring with you more snacks if you wish.

Any dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free diets and dairy/lactose-free) will need to pay a surcharge of $15 per person payable on check in.

• Minimum age is 18 years old. You’re not required to swim or snorkel on Siska. If snorkeling isn’t your thing, you’re more than welcome to relax on the boat instead.
• Guests are required to check in via an online wavier which is to be completed no later than 72 hours before travel. A confirmation email will be sent to the confirmed traveller.
• You must reconfirm you tours prior to travel as specified on your voucher. We recommend to do it at least 72 hours before your departure. It must be done directly by calling at 07 4967 7555.

• If Explore Whitsundays – Siska cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
• If you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason less than 61 days of your departure date, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before departure of the tour date will occur 50% fee + administration fee according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before departure of the tour date will occur 25% fee + administration fee according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions.
  
• If you need to change your date of travel, and you are within the cancellation period (at least 15 days of your tour date, $50 per person transfer fee may be applicable and subject to availability).
• We get information about experiences from independent providers. We try to make sure our offers are correct, but sometimes things might change a little. When you book, the provider will give you comprehensive details regarding each experience upon confirmation of your booking. If there are any changes later on, they’ll let you know.
