For your adventure we recommend bringing:

• Lunch/extra snacks

You don’t need to worry about anything else. Everything is included.

But it’s a good idea to bring along some extra snacks since surfing can work up quite an appetite.

• The tour itinerary provided is a general outline and may be adjusted depending on factors like tide, wind, and other weather conditions.
• Departure times from Noosa Heads vary each day, typically scheduled around low tide for access to the National Park & Double Island Point by beach. For specific departure times, simply select the desired day on the calendar. Please note: If you wish to change your pick-up location, you must contact Epic Adventure at least 24 hours prior to the tour’s departure by calling at 07 5372 8066
• Any health or medical conditions must be disclosed to Epic Ocean Adventures staff before departure and noted on the participant declaration form.
• Participants should refrain from joining any activities if they have injuries, disabilities, or medical conditions that may increase the risk of injury, unless Epic Ocean Adventures has been informed and authorized their participation. Those engaging in aqua tours & lessons must possess competent swimming skills.
• All participants are required to be capable swimmers.

• If Epic Adventure cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
• In the event of unforeseen adverse weather conditions upon arrival at Double Island Point, a refund will not be provided, but instead, a lifetime voucher will be issued.
• Should you require a change of tour date, we offer flexibility at no additional cost. Simply notify us at least 8 days prior to your scheduled date, subject to availability.
• However, should you decide to cancel or change your plans for any other reason, a cancellation fee will be incurred according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions, available on our website.
• For cancellations made within 7 days to 3 days (72 hours) from the departure date, a refund will be issued minus a deposit charge of $35 per person by Epic Adventure, along with applicable cancellation fees according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions, available on our website. Alternatively, you may opt for a travel credit.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the tour date are non-refundable. Failure to show up on time is non-refundable.
• We highly recommend considering the option of receiving a 100% travel credit for future tours with Epic Ocean Adventures instead of cancelling. This credit remains valid for 36 months, providing ample time for future bookings.
• Please be aware that the card fee is non-refundable.
