Courtesy coach pick-ups are available and included in the tour price from local hotels, motels, caravan parks, and hostels. If you’re making your own way to the Whitsunday Airport for check-in, ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight. Courtesy coach pick-ups must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance. Please confirm the pickup time and location by calling Ocean Rafting at 07 4946 6848. Arrive at the pickup location listed in the confirmation email from Ocean Rafting 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you haven’t received this confirmation email, please contact Ocean Rafting. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

If Ocean Rafting cancels your tour due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to change your tour date, we offer flexibility at no charge. Simply let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability.
However, if you change your mind or need to cancel for any other reason, a cancellation fee will apply according to VANZ Travel’s terms and conditions available on our website.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
